Very good! I've never made anything like this before, and my husband, children, and I have never even eaten anything like this. But the picture looked so fresh and intruiging and we are trying to eat a healthier, more fresh diet. This was very good! I've made it ahead for tomorrow, and my husband and I have tried and like it.... we'll see what the children think tomorrow :) :) I'll try to remember to update the review. Thank you for a great recipe. :)

This was absolutely delicious! I added in some diced lemon chicken breast for a protein. So much flavor! I highly recommend and I will definitely make this again!

Great recipe, left the kalamata olives out, and threw the zucchini in the pan with the couscous after I turned the burner off.

This salad was delicious and pretty easy to make. I wasnt sure I was going to like it with the raw onions (Im not particularly a fan) but everything worked nicely together. I made some adjustments to the quantity of ingredients to fit my personal taste (added more feta for taste and oil for consistency) but overall a great disb. Definitelt saving to make again one day.

This is one of my favorites.. I make it often and have it in my saved folder for reference when I do make it... Love the taste of the dressing and have made it for other recipes too.

This was bomb. Super easy to make, and it made me feel like a dang health nut. Using 100g of feta is legit wild though. It was like eating a block of cheese, dude. I'd go for 50g of feta unless you wanna become the mayor of frikkin cheese town or whatever.

It is a delicious lunch choice
Easy to make and serve
Some of the vegetables can be switched to taste
I’m not a fan of kalamata olives, so I skipped it altogether
Added tomatoes instead

Very tasty. I reduced the mint and added a little more lemon juice.
It is good to eat fresh food, not fried!

Great! Has a strong Mediterranean flavor that may not be for all. What I would consider an authentic European dish. Would make again in a heartbeat.

Yummy! I added more olives and another 1/2 cup of couscous. This will now be a staple recipe for me.

I replaced the zucchini with cucumber as one of the below comments suggested. It tasted good, I will make it again.

Yum! Made quite a few modifications to fit my taste though. Took out the zucchini & olives and put cucumber instead. Also made double the couscous. came out great!

This was divine! I added sautéed shrimp to my plate. This meal is my new staple!
