Made for a delicious meal, however, next time I may turn the heat down to 400 as the potatoes and olives were a little overcooked! Otherwise fantastic

Some of the flavors were a little strange when mixed together, but overall not too bad.

This was amazing! Quite possibly my favorite recipe. I added just a touch of balsamic glaze drizzled over the vegetables and potatoes after taking them out of the oven but would have been perfect without. Thank you!

lovely. The cod was light bit flavourful and the potatoes came oit perfectly. totally forget to add the goat cheese!
