I made it about a week ago - and we are having it again today - by request.

Turned out great! Seasoned the fish before cooking since cod is such a mild fish. The sauce was delicious! Even my husband, who is not a fan of fish, loved it and asked me to make it again!! Added some asparagus and garlic along with some shallots. Perfect!

I made this with halibut and it was delicious! No white wine in the house so I used low sodium chicken broth.

Cod is a very plain white fish so this sauce really jumps up the flavor factor. Someone suggested asparagus and garlic which was a nice addition to the pan with the tomatoes. Did not need salt at all, due to capers and olives (green is what I had on hand).

We loved this one. We added garlic and asparagus. Directions don't say to cover while sautéing the ingredients but doing so increased the sauce . For a change we added Sangria (we were out of white wine) and the sweetness was a delicious change. This is one our new go to recipes. We also used Halibut vice cod once. Great with any fish.

Delicious! I would recommend seasoning your fish before cooking it. Very quick and easy.

The sauce was delicious and so easy to make. Was very good with the cod and would be equally delicious on its own with pasta.

Great...I added a tiny bit of Pernod as I like the flavor in this kind of seafood dish...fennel would work too, but I like a bit of sweetness.

I love this recipe! It is now part of my rotation. I make it as written. Be careful not to over cook fish!
