The chicken was good - but Keith says that the flavor could use some more umph. The marinade was a bit chunky, falling off the chicken. Hubby spooned the sauce atop after it fell off, which then melted on the chicken and turned out well. I used water for the rice and yellow raisins. DELICIOUS!!!
