    some challenges for me to brown chicken in roasting pan on my glass top stove but recipe was delicious and simple otherwise

    good add oregano, paprika, and poultry seasoning to thighs before searing. Add olives and add 3/4 cup chicken stock or white wine also to roasting pan with rest of the ingredients. Don't overdo the olive oil!!

    Wonderful! I loved the fine taste of it. I used green olives instead of capers and it was fine. I loved the os so rich Mediterranean taste
