    Very tasty and easy. The mint adds a fresh taste. I added an English cucumber, cut into chunks, and an orange bell pepper, diced, for some added color! Vibrant colors make this salad attractive. Will make again!

    Delicious! I added feta cheese to it. Will make this again with rice and chicken.

    Delicious, big hit with chicken skewers at a cook out. It was Yummly and I would make it again the same way
