This was good but it was missing something. Another review suggested bacon, definitely going to try it.

2nd time- used the zucchini, subbed salami for the bacon, and all mozzarella cheese- Hubby, Keith, LOVED it!!
1st time: I used Italian squash instead of zucchini (the dogs enjoyed the pulp), subbed mixed shredded cheese and used the suggestion below in adding crumbled bacon. This turned out FABULOUS!!!

So good! Will definitely make again. I cooked longer than directed and sprinkled olive oil on the sticks toward the end of baking. Yummy!

Easy and delicious. Not a huge tomato or pepper fan so I cut those in half. I only used 2 zucchini. Turned out great.

Great as always. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve made it. However; I slice the zucchini and mix all the ingredients together to make a casserole.

I had to sub some things, but this was great a little dry, but fragrant and had flavor

Enjoyed them very much, however, zucchini needed to be cooked about 5 minutes more. The ingredients for the stuffing was so tasty. I will make again.

Removed some non-essential ingredients that I dislike. Added lemon juice, as recommended in some review. Had put the leftover filling on some bread and put it in oven with zucchini.

This dish was a winner. I added a little crushed red pepper flakes to the base of the zucchini before adding the salsa which gave it a little kick. The flavors were amazing and the dish is very filling.

Awesome! Even my 11 year old loved it! The hardest part was scooping the zucchini out, the recipe said to discard, but I cooked it with garlic, salt, and pepper, then mashes it up and added it to the filling of tomatoes, olives, etc...
Will definitely make this again!

big fan! quick to make and delish. i jad some leftover salsa that no one wanted to eat. so i added all other ingredients (minus olives) and made this dish. i spread a bit of oil on my zucchini to make it crispy. will definitely make it again!

We are zucchini lovers and have made this three times in the last couple of weeks. Make double the filling so is always ready. Swapped olives for mushrooms as not olive fans.

Excellent!! 👌🏻 we’d make it again, I debated adding balsamic vinegar, maybe next time! 😊

These were a hit with my teenaged daughter and a husband who is not easily impressed with vegetarian dishes. I did squeeze 1/2 a lemon's juice to the mixture to brighten the flavor a little and drizzled the whole lot with olive oil before baking. I also mixed the feta in from the get go as I read the directions wrong lol, and baked probably closer to 20-25 minutes. Will definitely make these again!

super delicious and tasty... only thing is i forgot to put the timer on again for the broiling part and burnt the cheese a little. definitely will be making again.

If you use less Kalamata olives and then add a mix of breadcrumbs, garlic powder, olive oil and grated Parmesan to top them, they become much better. I salt my zucchini first on cut side and turn over to drain excess water out.

I thought these were great, and I'd make them again! Fiancee thought the kalamata olives were overpowering, though.

pretty good, we forgot to buy feta but replacing it with slightly expired cheddar slices turned it into healthy bar food appetizer
