This is a great base recipe. I changed some things around, it is an adjustment friendly dish. No sugar, doubled the cumin, I used lean beef and red wine instead of white. I like to keep adding in my ingredients instead of 5 min. here, remove, 5 min. there kind of cooking. I simply Add the ingredients in stages then filled the par baked zucchinis and cooked 25 min., 10 minutes more to melt and brown the mozzarella cheese. My guys flipped for it. Thank you for this keeper recipe. :)
