Loved it! I replaced the basil with pesto I made from this years garden and added some mushrooms and used chicken thighs instead of the drumsticks. It’s definitely a keeper recipe that I’ll continue to use for a very long time.

It was absolutely delicious! Such a brilliantly yummy combination of flavors! I used these semi dried marinated cherry tomatoes from Trader Joe’s in it and that made it extra delicious. I didn’t have enough time to marinade the chicken so it was a tiny bit dry, so next time I will marinade for an hour. I also used chicken breast tenders Instead of drumsticks.

great technique but I switched the meat to chicken thighs and 3 Italian sausages. The sausages offered depth to the chicken. Otherwise i followed the recipe and it turned our to be amazing.
