It was good however, I think I may try this again without the chicken. The bean and tomato mixture was so good on its own.

It was delicious - I added lemon at the end and also some broccolini to add some color. Not a huge onion fan so substituted a little diced sweet onion vs red and served with fresh Naan.

I’d give it a 3.5 star. Worth repeating with a few changes. Would change the mozzarella balls to feta, would add a few mushrooms, wouldn’t necessarily marinated for the flavor but pre-browning the chicken is a must.
We served it over orzo as others mentioned. It adds a dimension and stretches the servings a little.
We also added fresh oregano to every step. The meal had plenty of flavor, was filling, and many different textures.

I added bell peppers to the artichoke mixture and didn’t take the time to brown the chicken first, just baked with the rest of the ingredients. It was still really good. We could taste the marinade in the chicken and loved it. Served over orzo.

Really hymn! Made it with farrow and used about 4x the artichoke juice to marinate chicken

This is a delicious dinner! I bet the leftovers will be just as good tossed with some farro tomorrow.

Amazing!! Love this delicious meal! You can modify it and it's still out of this world! So so so easy!!!!
