The filling is good but the crust does not work. The process took forever & the results are barely edible I’m sorry. What I would change; add 2tbsp sugar & 1 tsp salt to the crust. Brush with an egg wash & bake. I don’t understand why these are fried but it makes them very heavy. The honey didn’t harden much or improve the flavor and the saffron got totally lost.
