I am always intimidated by this dish but today I decided to give it a try, thinking that the worst scenario that could happen is I’ll end up throwing away an otherwise good meat! So, this is my first time and to my surprise it turned out fantastic!!! Not bad for a beginner like me!!! 😃

It tasted good, but wasn’t very specific about how to cook the meat it was a little tough. (Especially for someone who is not familiar with cooking beef.)
