- 50 grams coconut palm sugar (c.2 oz)
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke (Note 6)
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce (or aminos)
- 2 tsp. mustard powder
- 1 tsp. tamarind paste
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
