- 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs (I finely grind one slice of whatever bread I have in the house in my food processor)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning (just a blend of marjoram, thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano, and basil)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
