- sugar
- worcestershire sauce
- salt

- Mix: beef, bread crumbs, egg, sugar, Worcestershire, and salt together
- Place in a backing dish and shape into a doughnut
- Mix: soup, milk and a little sugar - pour over meat
- Bake at 350 for 30-45 min
