- shredded cheese
- refried beans (I use La Costeña because it is the only readily available brand that doesn’t have things in the can that I cannot pronounce)
- poblano chili peppers (sliced, optional)
- pickled jalapenos (sliced, optional)
- black olives (sliced, optional)
- salsa
- sour cream
- fresh cilantro
- scallions (or Chives)
- limes
