- fresh parsley (A small palmful chopped, probably 1-1.5 tablespoons {about 2 teaspoons if using dried})
- 3 Tbsp. onion (grated on a cheese grater or a microplane)
- salt (A generous sprinkle of, probably about 1 teaspoon)
- pepper (An even more generous sprinkle of, probably about 1.5-2 teaspoons)
