- 16 oz. diced tomatoes

- 29 oz. tomato puree (Contadina)
- 1 slice Italian bread (soft)
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 lb. mild Italian sausage (optional)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated romano cheese
- salt
- pepper
- Italian parsley (Chopped, a handful!)
