You can make these ahead of time and freeze. Can also make with chicken and mozzarella cheese for chicken parm crescent cups, or steak, sautéed onions, and cheese for cheese steak crescent cups.

- 1 Pkg Pillsbury Crescent Rolls or Crescent Dough Sheet
- 1-1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1-1/2 Tsp Italian Seasonings
- 1-1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 12 Meatballs (can use frozen meatballs)

Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.
- Unroll 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated 90-calorie crescents dinner rolls or crescent dough sheet onto cutting board. If using crescent rolls, firmly pinch and press perforations to seal completely. Cut dough into 12 equal squares.
- In medium bowl, stir together 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz), 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.

My family loves this. It’s a repeat request. Pretty simple and quick too! We make it with beyond meatballs for a vegetarian take on it.

Would give it a five if it had a little marinara. Made the mistake of using cupcake liners. Would make again.
