- 1 green bell pepper (large, diced into half inch pieces)
- 2 cups onion (cut into half-inch pieces)
- 1 jalapeno (medium, stemmed, seeded and diced small)

- 15.5 oz. red beans (1 can, drained)
- 28 oz. baked beans (1 can, any brand)
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 cup bbq sauce (favorite)
- 1/3 cup deli mustard (brown)
- 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
