I have made this twice, excellent both times!
I do add a bunch of Italian seasoning blend as the chicken boils, for that extra punch of flavor.
Only thing, DO NOT broil for 10 minutes. Bake for 7 then broil for 3. If you broil for 10, the cheese will burn.
