- brown rice (or 1 cup white)
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro (separated)
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic (separated)
- 2 cups chicken stock (or broth)
- 2 heads hearts of romaine lettuce
- 4 limes (separated)
- 1 pkg. guacamole (with 4-5, 2.0 ounces each store-bought snack pack chunky)
- 10 oz. pico de gallo (store-bought)
- 8 oz. low-fat sour cream (separated - you'll need 1/2 cup for the dressing)
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. ranch seasoning mix (prepared)
- 1 tomatillo
- 1/2 jalapeno (1 full, seeds removed)
- 1/2 cup mayo (regular)
