- 1/4 bulb fennel (about 1 ounce, cored and thinly sliced)
- 1 handful flat leaf parsley leaves (roughly chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. brined capers (drained)
- 1/4 cup green olives (or drained pitted briny black, quartered lengthwise)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (plus more as needed)
- 2 Tbsp. juice
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. Asian fish sauce (or very finely minced oil-packed anchovy fillets, about 2 small fillets)
