Easy to make. Forgot to steam the carrots, no problem for my Vitamix. Soaked the cashews for an hour to soften, drained the water. My Vegan wife totally enjoyed it. One teenager loved it. Two teenagers thought it was decent. One teenager didn't try it. Me? I kept going back for more.
