- 1/2 scoop plant based protein
- 1/2 tsp. matcha powder
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves (about 1/3 cup loosely packed)
- 1 baby spinach (big handful of, about 3/4 cup loosely packed)
- 2 drops mint (essential oil, optional, but it makes a stronger mint flavor)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Himalayan salt (A small pinch of pink, brings out flavors and sweetness, adds minerals)
- ice (Desired amount of)
- 2 Tbsp. cacao nibs

Delish! I added stevia and I don't think it would taste that good without sweetener. Definitely benefits from a drop of peppermint oil. I topped with Lilly's dark chocolate baking chips since I didn't have cacao nibs.
