- 171 grams powdered sugar
- 3 large egg whites (108g, room temperature)
- 81 grams granulated sugar (1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. matcha powder (high-quality, I use Encha Organic Latte Grade)
- 8 Tbsp. unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
- 3/4 cup mangos (ground freeze dried, sifted, I get two 1.2 ounce bags and grind them to pwoder in my food processor before measuring)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 5 Tbsp. heavy cream
