It's a very dense loaf that didn't rise much. I added 3/4 c sugar, and I probably should have added more. It was just ok.

A simple recipe to follow.
However, I modified the recipe as I do not have certain ingredients and my family doesn't like very sweet cakes.
Thus, I reduced the amount of sugar by half, swapped out the coconut oil with butter, swap out the almond milk with 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt.
It turns out really moist and not too dense. Just the way that my family likes!
