    This is delicious, provided you really really like matcha and that chia mouthfeel (hard to describe, gloopy & pearly?). I love it, but it’s not something you can serve at a dinner party with confidence that everyone will be thrilled. I once used it in a parfait, as an alternate desert for a matcha-loving, lactose-intolerant dinner party guest, and he was pleased as punch.
