- 1 lime juice (only)
- 1 Tbsp. nut butter (choice I used almond butter)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 beet (small, root peeled and cut into small cubes)
- 1 cup berries (choice fresh or frozen, I used a mix of frozen seabuckthorn, raspberries and blueberries)
- 1 pink grapefruit (small, peeled and cut into quarters)
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice (fresh)
- 1/2 cup water (purified)
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp. raw honey (organic, optional)
