- 2 cups yoghurt (again, I'm loyal to Fage 2% but use your favorite!)
- 10 oz. frozen spinach (thawed and drained well of excess water, you may want to stick it in a saute pan on medium for 5 minutes to 'dry it out')
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh-ground pepper (fresh-)
- 2 dashes garlic powder
- walnuts (optional - I don't use them since I'm allergic)
