- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tomatoes (medium sized)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic paste
- 1/2 Tbsp. chili paste (green)
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. masala (Pav bhaji, MDH Pav Bhaji Masala or Everest Pav Bhaji Masala)
- 1 Tbsp. red chili powder (Kashmiri, or as required)
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 pinch asafetida (hing)
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves (Fresh, cilantro- finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. green garlic (Fresh, finely chopped, optional)
