- 2 Tbsp. coconut (dessicated)

- 200 grams bean (shoots)
- 125 grams green beans (halved and cooked)
- 100 grams snow peas (or sugar snap peas, blanched)
- 3 chinese cabbage (wombok leaves, shredded)
