- 50 grams Massaman curry paste
- 3 Tbsp. palm sugar (finely chopped, or brown or granulated sugar.)
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 3 Tbsp. tamarind juice (you can use pre-made juice or make you own)
- 1 medium potato (or sweet potato, cut into 1.5” chunks)
- 1 small yellow onion (cut into 1 cm strips)
- 1/4 cup peanuts (roasted whole)
