I absolutely LOVED these! I doubled my recipe and super glad I did. I never thought to make sweet potatoes savory...always prepared them plain or butter and brown sugar/toasted pecans. Miso butter is amazing! I didn’t have light miso, just...regular brown color? Turned out great. Made in vitamix so was more like smooth purée. Paired with Smokey spicy collard greens. Will make again and again!
