Description

- 1 sweet potato (peeled)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- saffron powder

Directions
- 1. Cook the sweet potato in some boiling water for ten minutes.
- 2. Once cooked, puree it in a food processor or press it through a food mill. Add salt, pepper, olive oil, and heavy cream.
- 3. Garnish with saffron powder.
