Indeed a quick yummy soup for these chilly winter nights.and days. love the simplicity with options for added taste. My favorite go too is instant potato mix...taste homemade and quick to use.

We didn’t have bacon so fiancé gave it 2 stars, said it would be 3 stars with bacon. Topped with cheese, green onion and sour cream.
