I don’t know what I did wrong! I always have problems making these no matter what recipe I try, clearly it’s the cook and not the recipe! Hubby liked them a lot but I thought they were gummy, but decent taste i suppose Used a cast iron skillet, combo butter/oil in pan...fail

Wow, so flavorful, well worth the effort. My dad used to make a version of this for me when I was little. I served this with beef sliders this evening and it was a big hit with the family. This recipe is simple and DELICIOUS- will def make it again.
