    these are really neat to make when you got tons of leftovers. i make em as after school snacks for.my twin girls! tyey love em! lil salt lil sour cream and wha la! SNACKS ON!

    So I made this but only had 1 cup of potatoes left from the previous night's dinner. I reduced flour to 2 Tablespoons and used just the egg white. they turned out okay but they probably could have used the whole egg. Either eay this is a delicious way to use left over mashed potatoes.
