  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 crabmeat (recipe mock, recipe above)
  • 1 cup lima beans (dried, soaked)
  • 1 onion (large, chopped)
  • 1 stalk celery (chopped)
  • 1/2 head garlic (about 6 cloves, minced or pressed)
  • 1 red chili pepper (minced, can substitute hot sauce or dried chili flakes, or omit if you are a sissy)
  • 4 carrots (chopped)
  • 2 medium potatoes (diced)
  • 2 cups green beans (trimmed and chopped or french-cut)
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels (or fresh)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (I used fire-roasted)
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 3 cups beef (vegan “, ” stock)
  • 4 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
