- 1 can jackfruit (young green, packed in water, make sure it is “young green” jackfruit and that it’s not in syrup)
- 4 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup seaweed (all the, you can find in your house, totaling about 1/4 – 1/2 cup depending on the type. I used kombu, dulse, hiziki, and arame.)
- 1 crabmeat (recipe mock, recipe above)
- 1 cup lima beans (dried, soaked)
- 1 onion (large, chopped)
- 1 stalk celery (chopped)
- 1/2 head garlic (about 6 cloves, minced or pressed)
- 1 red chili pepper (minced, can substitute hot sauce or dried chili flakes, or omit if you are a sissy)
- 4 carrots (chopped)
- 2 medium potatoes (diced)
- 2 cups green beans (trimmed and chopped or french-cut)
- 1 cup frozen corn kernels (or fresh)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (I used fire-roasted)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 3 cups beef (vegan “, ” stock)
- 4 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
