Great! I subbed in peanut butter chips for the butterscotch just because we didn’t have it on hand, but they still turned out delicious. My daughter loves them! And I’m hardly a baker!!

Used this recipe as the base for chocolate chip blondies. We didn’t have butterscotch chips, so we subbed in vanilla at that step and (unfortunately) we didn’t have marshmallows, but the recipe came together fairly quickly and was met with a chorus of praises from the group of college students I served it to.
