- all purpose flour (240g, 8.5oz plain)
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder

- 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
- 2 large eggs
- 397 grams dulce de leche (or caramel, I used Carnation)
- 85 grams plain chocolate (I used 50% cocoa solids)
- 285 grams icing (confectioner’s sugar)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 340 grams butter (at room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 120 mL double cream
- 2 Mars Bars (full size, Milky way bars in the US)

great recipe, never fails. I use the frosting as my go to chocolate butter cream recipe now too!
