Pretty bland. I followed the recipe and I had more expectations for this. Won’t be making this version again.

Followed the base recipe closely for the first time through. Our taste preference is spicier so I went heavier on the garlic, red and black peppers. We enjoyed this very much and will make it again. Adding spinach and mushrooms then doubling the sauce sounds perfect for next time. Served over thin spaghetti with side salad.

I used four chicken thighs instead of the suggested chicken breasts, and we agree that thighs were the proper choice. Doubled the amount for sauce.
I served this with a side of roasted & seasoned asparagus, red onion, and baby Bella mushrooms, and wild rice.
I made minor changes/additions to this recipe (as I do with most of them) to enhance flavor and presentation, and dietary guidelines.
Throughout the cooking process, my children (7 & 3) kept commenting on the aroma. When it was ready to serve, my husband (28) inhaled his portion, and our kids weren’t too far behind him. They bragged several times between bites.
My dad (72) called it “excellent”, and “very tasty.”
The ultimate test would be to serve this to your in-laws! 😆
In other words, it’s a winner, for folks of all ages.

Will be making this again. Doubled the broth, heavy cream, and parmesan for extra sauce to serve over noodles. Next time I will triple the parm to get a thicker sauce. Added more in after the fact, tasted fine. Less pepper next time for us also.

absolutely delicious, i served it over pasta so while it was in the oven i made a second batch of the sauce for the noodles. Chicken was moist and so flavorful.

It turned out great! I used cream and neufchâtel cheese and added some white wine to the broth mixture & it was delicious. I did not have sun dried tomatoes so I used a can of rustic tomatoes (Whole Foods) & added mushrooms. I will definitely make it again!

i love the sauce. i also added mozzarella and on the vine tomatoes. i also used skin on, bone in chicken. it was so yummy!

I’ve made this a bunch of times. It’s really tasty and lots of flavor! I add extra sun dried tomatoes.

I had high hope for this one, but it just feel flat. The chicken was dry and the flavor just wasn’t there.

Turned out soo good, I put extra tomatoes and red pepper in there to make it more spicy.
