I forgot to set a timer immediately and it came out a tiny bit dry. Maybe I should have taken it out sooner. My flour was also pretty settled/dense, so that may have contributed. I thought after that I might have preferred two eggs. The flavor was amazing, but I did modify my spices. I had no five spice so I used cardamom. The big molasses ginger hit was the main thing. The whole effect was better the next day 12 hours later.
