Directions
- Marinade/Shrimp: Place Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Creamy Balsamic Mayonnaise Dressing, lemon zest and juice, garlic and soy sauce in resealable plastic bag. Add shrimp and massage gently to mix well and refrigerate at least an hour and up to overnight.
- Meanwhile make the Sauce: In a medium bowl stir together the Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Creamy Balsamic Mayonnaise Dressing, the honey, orange juice and sesame oil and let stand in the fridge for an hour.
- When ready to serve, heat a broiler, a grill or a nonstick pan. Drain the shrimp well and thread them onto skewers. Place the skewers over high heat on the grill or in a pan for a minute a side and then turn and cook until just cooked through.
- Pile the shrimp on a platter and drizzle with half the Sauce; sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions and serve the rest of the Sauce in a little bowl for dipping.
