- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar (I like Fini Balsamic Vinegar)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic (finely minced fresh)
- dried oregano (1/2 tsp.)
- dried basil (1/2 tsp.)
- dried thyme (1/2 tsp.)
- 1 tsp. paprika (smoked, or paprika)
- cayenne pepper (original recipe had, which i stopped using through the years)
- 1/4 cup olive oil

We loved the seasoning I cooked it a bit too fast, so it was a bit tough. Though it was still delicious. I cooked up some extra marinade like gravy, it was delicious (flour & milk, low heat)

It’s a routine fave now ! We serve on a flat bun with grilled or sautéed peppers and onions!

Very good! I only had time to marinate it for an hour and it was still flavorful. Imagine it will be fantastic next time when I let it marinate for 8 hours.

Awesome marinade, very flavorful. Used the steak to make a steak salad and it was so tasty and delicious! I marinated the steak approx 18 hours. Will definitely keep this recipe!!

This marinade is very, very good! Less sweet than many which is a nice change. I didn't use the Basil because I'm just not a big fan of dried basil. If I had had fresh I would have added it. Try this. It's nice.

Got this marinating right now. I added some liquid smoke to the already smoky paprika. Tasted the marinade and it needs salt. Add that.

Great! Will make it again for sure. I would marinate it around 12 hours. 24 hours is too much. Great with blue cheese butter.
