Excellent flavor! Grilled to an internal temp of 145 but was still a little pink in the middle. No harm to eat it, but should have cooked to 165 as I normally would. Rotate loin every 5 minutes all four sides but should have checked temp after the fourth turn. Should have rotated four more times with less heat not to blacken it too much.

Delicious fresh off grill and leftovers with mayo + horseradish dipping sauce was a family favorite!! Don't over cook!

Oh my goodness! During the Covid-19 crisis I made this on my grill it was the best mean we have had. I strongly recommend this recipe as the outside crispy edge just melts in your mouth.

This recipe turned out great. Its just 2 of us so I cut the recipe in half.
I saved the marinade and added a little corn starch for a thickener and boiled it for a couple of minutes and used it as drizzle on the platter to add a little more of that great garlic sweet taste.

Loved this marinade. Used garlic salt instead of cloves (didn't have any). Love the flavor it gives the pork. Only marinated for about 1 hour. Delish!
