Easy to make & meat was very tender & moist. Tasted great, but a little bland unless meat is dipped in juices. Will make again.

Excellent dish! Followed exactly...the real trick is to marinate as long as possible. Made this dish twice and grilled both times.....both times came out tasty and moist and great next day even cold right out of the fridge!
