the flavor was good but its texture became very soft. After marinating it was difficult to work with
and cooking required multiple utensils

I tried Tofu for the first time in my life as a healthier option and I must say that it did not win me over as a protein alternative but I ate thanks to the marinade which in fact gave it enough flavor. It is equally important to strain and wipe the tofu with paper towels for a while before grilling... I would do this recipe again using chicken and adding a few veggies as a stir fry.
