Really happy with this dish. Only had 5 hours to marinate-still delicious & pretty tender, too! Will make this again.

Really solid marinade. Turned out yummy. I marinated for 24 hours but I’ll probably try 48 next time. Thank you for a great recipe!

It was real tasty marinated over night had it with stir fried Brussel sprouts hard crust sourdough rolls And a nice Tempranillo wine
