Had some prime chops and marinated them over night. Best pork chops I’ve ever made. I agree that the flavors are well balanced.

I made the sauce on the side before marinating and thankfully I did, it tasted terrible.

Will definitely make again. Very flavorful. Cooked the chops in the marinade in the cast iron pan.

Will make this again! This marinade has a really balanced flavor...not sweet or too salty. I grilled it to 145 degree internal temp, which took about five or six minutes on each side for thick cut, bone in, chops.

Was awesome! I could cook these every night and never get tired of them.. SO Good!
